Biokeemia; CERCS KLASSIFIKAATOR: P310 Proteiinid, ensümoloogia; TÄPSUSTUS: Närviimpulsi ülekandes osalevate G valkudega seotud retseptorkomplekside regulatsioonimehhanismide uurimiseks uute meetodite arendamine ja nende rakendamine retseptorite füüsikalis-keemiliste omaduste uurimiseks, vaadeldes etappe ligandi sidumisest sekundaarse virgatsaine moodustumiseni., Uute materjalide ja meetodite arendamine G valkudega seotud retseptorsüsteemide uurimiseks ning modelleerimiseks.
